Why this page exists. When a facilities manager, business owner, parish council, or hospital administrator evaluates a cleaning vendor, the first three questions are always the same: who is liable if something goes wrong, who owns the company, and what can be independently verified. This page answers all three on a single screen, with the carriers, limits, and addresses you can call to confirm.
Everything here is current as of May 2026. Any item marked pending is something we are actively working on but do not yet hold. We will not pretend we do.

There is no third-party franchisor, no regional manager, no holding company. Two named owners. Two named bank-account signers. Two named people whose reputations are inside every account.
We do not currently carry a janitorial / fidelity bond. A $25,000 bond is in process with Blanchard & Calhoun, our existing insurance agent. Many cleaning vendors claim “insured and bonded” loosely; we will not claim a bond on this site or in a proposal until the bond is actually bound. When it is, this section is updated the same day.
We are not yet listed on the Augusta BBB. Profile is in process. Accreditation is a paid level of BBB membership we will evaluate after the basic profile is established.
We follow OSHA cleaning-and-disinfection guidance, EPA List N protocols for high-touch surfaces, and HIPAA-aware behavior in medical and dental settings. We do not hold formal OSHA, ISSA, IICRC, or CIMS certifications today. Some vendors claim these casually. We do not.
