How do I book a cleaning service? You can request a quote or schedule directly through our website, or give us a call. We’ll confirm availability and tailor a plan to fit your needs.
Do I need to be home or at the office during the cleaning? No — many of our clients provide secure access, and we’ll take care of the rest. You’re welcome to be present if you prefer.
How far in advance should I schedule my cleaning? We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance, but we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked? Yes, every team member is fully vetted, background-checked, and insured for your peace of mind.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning? Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

Payments Accepted

We accept all major credit and debit cards, checks, and electronic payments. For recurring services, we can securely set up auto-billing for your convenience. Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
