MDSM Solutions provides recurring house cleaning (what some people call maid service) for homes in Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Appling and Augusta. You choose weekly, biweekly or monthly, the same people come each time, and before the first visit you know exactly what a visit covers and what costs extra.
What a visit covers
Every recurring visit covers the rooms you live in. Work that goes inside or beyond those rooms is an add-on, priced as its own line on your quote, so you pay only for what your home needs.
Every visit:
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, floors throughout, and dusting.
Add-ons, listed separately on your quote:
Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside cabinets, interior windows and window tracks, exterior windows, basement, garage and patio.
One-time visits:
The initial deep clean before recurring service starts, a holiday reset, a disinfection visit after an illness in the house, and pre-listing prep when you sell.
Whatever you add, and anything you want left alone, goes on your written scope sheet, so you and the crew work from the same list. Moving out is a different job with a deeper scope: see move-in and move-out cleaning.
Weekly, biweekly or monthly?
Choose for the hardest week of your month. A cadence that only fits the quiet weeks leaves the home behind for the rest of them.
| Cadence | Usually the right fit for |
|---|---|
| Weekly | Homes with children under ten, pets that shed, allergies or asthma, adults working from home, or guests most weekends. |
| Biweekly | Most two-adult homes with ordinary use. It is the cadence we recommend most often. |
| Monthly | Light-use homes: one resident, an empty-nest couple that rarely hosts, or a property used a few weekends a year. |
Cadence also changes the price of each visit. Weekly visits cost less each time because the home never falls far behind; monthly visits cost the most each time because there is more to catch up on. If budget is pushing you toward monthly, ask about a biweekly visit with a trimmed scope first: it is usually the better deal. The full reasoning, household by household, is in our guide Weekly, biweekly, or monthly?
How pricing works
Recurring house cleaning is flat-rate, set by bedroom and bathroom count and adjusted for square footage and the home's condition. On our published rates, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home cleaned every two weeks runs $160–$200 a visit. The full table, by home size and cadence, is on our pricing page.
Most recurring service starts with one initial deep clean that sets the baseline the regular visits maintain; for a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that is $250–$400. Add-ons appear as separate lines on the quote.
From quote to first visit
- Tell us about the home. The quote form asks for square footage, bathrooms, how often you want us and whether there are pets. Residential quotes usually go out the same day, within 24 business hours at most.
- Settle the scope and the way in. We agree what each visit covers, which add-ons you want, and how the crew gets in: you let us in, a key, or a lockbox or door code. All of it goes on your scope sheet.
- The initial deep clean. One longer visit brings the home up to the standard the recurring visits will hold.
- Recurring visits, same crew. The crew assigned to your home is the crew that keeps coming. No rotating strangers.
Our insurance carrier, limits and how to request a certificate are on our trust page.
Kids, pets and products
We use pet- and kid-safe products in every home, which matters most on the floors where children play and pets sleep. If someone in the house has allergies or a sensitivity, tell us at the quote and it goes on your scope sheet.
